Do you remember that during the TBM of Gredos I won a Plan B chest! Rural tourism for being the fourth highest tweeter of the meeting? Well, we decided to use it recently. It was difficult to choose between so much offer, but finally we chose to make proximity tourism and visit the small town of Montsonís and its castle, in the province of Lleida.
What made the balance to choose the accommodation was to discover that in the Montsonís castle theatrical visits are made. When we did the medieval dinner at the Palau RequesensWe thought that making a theatrical medieval visit could be more than interesting and the visit to the castle of Montsonís met all our expectations.
All attendees of the guided tour met at The Montsonís Botiga. It was night and from there we headed to the castle armed with torches. When knocking on the door, from the top of the tower one of the lookouts asked to know who wanted to enter. We had to beg a little to one of the servants to let us pass, arguing that we wanted to pay our respects to the baroness, and so we managed to enter the castle. This was the beginning of the guided tour in which some actors dressed in medieval style and representing their role with great grace, showed us various rooms of the castle and explained to us what life was like during the feudal era.
