New post of blogtrip to the Maldives that the Fashion Travel Bloggers We did in November 2016. In this story we moved to a new resort: Coco Bodu Hithi.
At half past eleven in the morning we left Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru with a little regret. However, it was short-lived because we were excited to meet the new hotel where we were moving: the Coco Bodu Hithi. Natalia and other employees said goodbye to us on the dock and we watched as they waved goodbye as our boat drove offshore.
Twenty minutes later, crossing an ocean without wind or waves, we arrive at the pier of the island-hotel Coco Bodu Hithi. The manager and an employee entourage gave us a warm welcome and then we sat in an area of the bar while doing the registration procedures. They gave us a tropical juice with ice and introduced us to Sonia, the hotel's marine biologist, who is just from Barcelona and had been working there only three weeks before our arrival. We were talking to her and asking her many things. After filling out a form and talking about the activities we were going to do, they took us to a stroller similar to those on the golf courses and took us to our room, traveling along a jungle-surrounded path. Thus we verify that the island of Bodu Hithi is larger than that of Velavaru wave of Vabbinfaru. Similarly, it also has many more rooms and has up to four restaurants different.
When we enter the room, we hallucinate. It was huge. And a single space. Upon entering, you run into a very large round bathtub. On the left, the sink, and behind a large bed facing an outdoor patio with pool, sunbed and shower. On the right hand side, a living room with a sofa for about six people, TV and CD player, oriented to a terrace with a sunbed, sofa with cushions and a small path that leads to the beach with white sand and turquoise water. Absolutely spectacular. It was so big that we joked that you could play football inside.
After a while, we returned to the reception area and had been making time until lunchtime. We saw the terrace bar next to a infinity pool Facing the ocean. We saw the Japanese sushi restaurant. We saw another restaurant beyond. All furniture is very modern and tasteful. Finally, we go up the stairs to the Wine Loft reserved. There they had a table prepared next to the wine cellar and they served us one of the best meals of the whole trip. First, salad with seafood, and second, super-soft Thai curry with chicken and coconut milk, accompanied with rice, three delicacies and some crackers Prawn For dessert we chose a plate of cut fruits and a blueberry cheese cake with an incredible texture and excellent flavor.
